Spoil yourself and feel how you become centered and your balance restored!
It is wonderful to feel the inner calm and to be one with oneself.
A basic spray is needed to add your favorite fragrance i.e. Calmness, Harmony, Forest, Clarity, Lightness, Grapefruit, Bergamot, Juniper, Mandarin, Ylang-Ylang, Creativity, Forest, Sun, Love ...
Choose two crystals from a total of thirteen pairs.
How to do it
Take some time and allow yourself to rest for some moments. You need both crystals DANsin and the aroma spray.
Now it is quite easy:
- Make yourself comfortable
- Spray the fragrance several times around yourself, that you can smell it
- Take a crystal in each hand
- Lay the crystals in the following positions on your body:
heart area - belly area to the left and right at rib curve heart area - belly area
- Decide for yourself how long to leave the crystals in place. We recommend approx. three minutes per position - it can be longer, try it out.
- Feel how the calm and harmony spread out and enjoy this feeling.
- At the end put the crystals aside; no cleaning is necessary.
